WIN AN OIL PAINTING OF YOUR HORSE! By Hye Joung Tibby Hye Joung Tibby is an award winning Oil painter who primarily does portraits of people and Animals. In a remarkably short period time, she has become one of the top realist portrait artists in Southern California. Her brushstrokes on canvas reveal tight rendering of realism and also loose touch of impressionism. Her goal for every painting she creates is to make the subject come to life. Hye Joung Tibby has strong love for animals especially horses. She recently painted portrait of ‘Go Between’ who is the winner of 2008 Pacific Classic.
